On-Line Player Wait-List Registration

This screen may be used by those players who have joined the waitlist and have been notified by CSYS that there is room in the age-group. Once you have received that notification, you may send in a check to our office or use this on-line system to pay with PayPal or a major credit card.

The fee for all late registrations, whether done by mail or on-line, is $95 for players playing in the U6 and U8 age-groups and $105 for all other players.

Requirements for on-line registration:

Notification from CSYS that the player has been approved to register and receipt of an Approval Code.

Returning CSYS player or have previously sent in Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency.

Use of PayPal for payment. PayPal is a secure payment processing system that accepts payments via major credit cards in addition to PayPal accounts. You do not need to have or create a PayPal account if you are paying via credit card.

A separate registration and payment must be entered for each player being registered.

Your credit card statement will show PAYPAL*CSYS SOCCER for the payment.
