On-Line Sponsorship Application

CSYS now accepts team sponsorship application and payments via our on-line system. This utilizes PayPal for secure credit card and/or PayPal account transactions. If you wish to pay by check or cash, you must do so in-person at one of our registrations or via regular postal mail.

As with mail-in sponsorships, teams are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis upon receipt of payment. The decision of Coral Springs Youth Soccer regarding team/sponsor allocation shall be final.

The absolute last date for sponsorships is November 2, however several age-groups usually fill with sponsors well before then.

Requirements for on-line sponsorship:

Payment must be made at time of application.
Paypal must be used for payment. Paypal is a secure payment processing system that accepts payments via major credit cards in addition to PayPal accounts.You do not need to have or create a PayPal account if you are paying via credit card.
A separate form and payment must be entered for each team sponsored. Discounts for multiple teams for those at the 'Silver' level and above will be made on the 3rd and subsequent teams as noted in the process below. Be sure to save your receipt number for each team in order to use the multi-team discount.
There is no guarantee of sponsorship. If we are unable to accept the requested sponsorship, your fee will be fully refunded.
