Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport

Copy of Utility Bill (proof of Coral Springs residency)
All players
Credit Card.

Non-residents

NON-RESIDENT - To determine if non-residents are obligated to pay the 60.64 city surcharge, all non-residents MUST attend the in-person registration to verify address and the name of the school the player attends. Bring school record with player name. Non-resident players who attend Coral Springs schools, are exempt from the NON-RESIDENT CITY SURCHARGE.

Financial Aid Must be registered at an in-person Registration Event, no exceptions.
