NEW FOR THIS YEAR - If your player is on Medicaid and lives in Coral Springs, then email csysadmin@csys.org for more information on the updated City document requirements for financial assistance. All applicants must attend the IN-PERSON registration. See our registration page for additional details. As close partners with the City of Coral Springs, all of our City Scholarship players will need to fill in the attached two forms and bring PHOTOCOPIES of the requested documents.
